The pixie dust polishes are matte and not very durable. The last photo is what the nails look like after about 2 hours, all I was doing was working on my laptop and hanging out at the house - they are already chipped and scratched.I love the matte look, I added a top coat to make it more durable and that helps, but then it’s not matte anymore! I am looking for a clear matte top coat.The pixie dust polishes are high maintenance - you’ll be painting your nails every day if you want the matte look. I love it anyway - I have every color.I love this. Looks like sand. You will need the mineral oil nail polish remover to get off. I also had to put at least 3 coats, but it is a good consistency and smooth coverage. I might try a color next time. Love it.Had been eyeing this color for quite some time; the many swatches/reviews/pictures online kept teasing me, haha.Beautiful subtle and neutral matte sparkle. Universally flattering. Great for office/daily wear. I'm gonna use this quite frequently!Like all the Pixie Dust Collection polishes, top and base coats were not needed. I used three coats for full coverage/effect. The grainy texture was odd at first, but it's not unpleasant and you get used to it. Wear time was impressive, almost a whole week! But also because of the neutral color, nail growth is not as apparent (like it would be for brighter or darker colors.)Due to the matte sparkle texture, removal was a bit more difficult than glossier polishes. The cotton pads would catch on the polish texture... So, make sure the pad has a good amount of acetone, press over nail for a couple seconds and then start wiping away. Gets easier after the first layers are removed, but you may have sparkly hands for the rest of the day lol.Such a beautiful color ! It’s full of what seems like “actual pixie dust “ lol! It seems to last the longest of all the different styles /colors of Zoya ( and I have 6. I love that it can be worn alone or as a top coat or accent nail . My only drawback is that you can feel the texture of the glitter . I forgive them only because it’s so beautiful and a great option for being chemical free !!Adore the PixieDust in Godiva! Exactly what I wanted for a glam polish without going overboard. It dries fast as well! Approximately 5-10 minutes. It dries as a gritty, sandy coat, not smooth. Because of this, I applied a clear top coat of a different brand so I wouldn’t snag clothing. These two pictures don’t do the polish justice. Shown is one taken without the camera flash and the other with so hopefully you can see how the light catches the polish in a better way. I applied two coats of the PixieDust. The polish on my ring finger is a different brand as well.The wife liked it very muchI'm in love with this polish. It's beautiful... sheer enough with first coat that it can be worn as a glittery top coat or with two layers ...its a beautiful color on its own. The sparkles are fine and not chunky glitters within the polish. I will definitely purchase more.I have always loved the Zoya Pixie Dust line. The colors are beautiful and they dry think which helps my nails to grow out.This color is very subtle. I paired it with the color Linds for an easy, at home nail manicure and color.Lasted a long time on my nails, when used with base and top coats, and the colour is lovely.Gorgeous polish! Beautiful, looks like wet sand with diamond dust. Takes 3 coats for full coverage, dries slow, worth every second.
