Sorry for the bad pictures and that it's dirty.... I've been using it lol. I very much love this drill. It's cute, portable, cordless and is a twist bit changer. (So not the technical term but I hope you get it.) My other drill was a pull out/push in bit - such a pain in the butt! Especially with the tiny cuticle ones. Obviously I am not a nail tech and don't know all the correct names and terms but I like this e-file set. I am very happy with my purchase.The only reason I returned it is because I thought the base would be smaller. Everything about this machine worked exactly as it should have. So even though I returned it, I'm still giving it five stars.There’s no way to contact this seller I bought this a few months back didn’t open it till today because I moved and I just finally got my house unpacked and went yo use it it doesn’t turn on or charge the charger shows it’s working it has a green light on and the nail drill wont charge or nothing it’s a total waste of moneyThis is a great drill I’m very happy I bought it!!After a month I had to get a new adapter cause old 1 stop charging it than less than 3 month it stop work no power nothing Dnt buyIt won’t come on. Y no podré hacer la devolución porque no estoy en USA y sale muy caro devolver el producto... perdí mi dinero...Worst ever !!!! My machine came without bid inside the drill pen ! The bid box is wasn’t even included ! And my machine never powered on ! Now I have to wait til they decide to refund me ‘ I lost money and clients ! Horrible experience
